The first room I got had AC that was just dreadful with 113 degrees outside but when I finally got a decent room, it was surprisingly nice.

Wasn't exactly a bargain but I expected some sort of service.

The king room wasvery comfy and tidy, with good hot water in the shower. The location is convenient, close to stores. The front staff were cute and helpful, even providing hot water for my tea in the morning.

The bed felt really comfortable, and I appreciated the hot water in the shower. The room seemed clean enough, but the decor felt outdated. Noise from outside kept me awake sometimes, as the soundproofing wasn't great. I noticed a few small bugs , off-putting. The breakfast options were limited to packaged pastries, nothing to rave about. The staff rushed me during checkout, even though I thought I had more time. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the hot weather. Customer service was friendly and helpful, but those issues was great.

Had perfect stay for one night with respectful staff and absolutely perfect location in the desert. Location: the hotel was really close to a great authentic Mexican restaurant and the Starbucks at Von's across the street and grocery store and restaurants and California. Dined at Pizza Hut, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The room I stayed in was clean and modern. The bathroom was super clean, with great hot water for a relaxing shower. Even better, the staff were super accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable!

Despite this, the customer service stood out, as staff made efforts to ensure comfort and safety. Breakfast options were limited, and cleanliness could use improvement, especially in the shared areas. I appreciated the hot water availability and the potential for hot hash browns in the morning.

The floors were filthy and greasy. I wouldn't dare walk on them with bare feet. The air conditioning barely kept the room cool despite the extreme heat outside, leaving me uncomfortable. The hair dryer didn't work, and there were no alternatives provided, forcing me to attend a meeting with wet hair.
